1. First thing you’ll need to do is to fry the ground meat using vegetable oil. 300 grams of meat is enough. Make sure to add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper. Fry the ground meat for about 10-15 minutes. Make sure to look after the meat to avoid them from burning. Once the meat is nicely browned, set aside.

2. Then, grate 500 grams of potato. Squeeze the juice out of the grated ones.

3. Mix the grated potatoes with 2 tablespoons flour, 1 teaspoon herbs of Provence, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper, and 2 pieces of eggs.

4. Fry each side of the potato mixture for 5 minutes each. Once it’s golden brown, you can add the ketchup as well as the fried ground meat. To add more spice to it, put some onions, dill, and cheese while the fried potato is still on the pan.

2. Slice some onions, preferably 300 grams. Then, pour 50 ml of olive oil onto them.

3. Boil 3 eggs and once they’re cooked, cool them down, peel them and grate each one of them.

4. Don’t forget to grate 150 grams of cheese. Then, grate the potatoes, too. 400 grams of potatoes are enough.

5. Spread the onions with olive oil on parchment paper.

6. Shape the ground meat into a thick disk shape like hamburger patties. Place each one of them on top of the onions. Add the grated eggs onto each patty.

7. For the grated potatoes, just add some 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning mix for potatoes, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper then mixed all of them. Once done, add enough amount of potato mixture on each patty.

8. Of course, you’ll have to add cheese to each of the patties. And squeeze a few amounts of mayonnaise on them.

9. The last thing you’ll do is to bake them for 40 minutes at 180°C.
