Reflexionando sobre qué significa "ser mi mejor versión", me pregunto cómo reconocer realmente cuando y cómo estoy consciente de esa mejor versión en mí. Por ahora, solo sé que no se limita ni define por logros académicos, profesionales o estándares sociales. Aunque aún estoy en proceso de entender mejor si es un tema generacional, estereotipo, o una verdadera necesidad humana, hoy celebro a las mujeres de todas las procedencias. Ellas me han inspirando tanto en la vulnerabilidad como igualmente en la fuerza que podemos tener en nuestra jornada.Feliz día internacional de la mujer para todas ellas. ❤️

Uma coisa que acho muito legal no LinkedIn é que as oportunidades e trocas vão além do lado virtual. No escritório no Brasil, já tive em diversas oportunidades a possibilidade de compartilhar experiências e fortalecer nossa rede profissional com a recepção de clientes, colegas e amigos. Today marked 1 year since I joined LinkedIn as a regional CSM in Brazil. I just want to express my gratitude for every member that encourages me to give my best in my role. Today LinkedIn Brazil opened the doors to receive our families and the office was full of colleagues’ parents and beloved ones. I remembered how much I miss my family in Colombia, but since I moved here to São Paulo 6 years ago, my family from distance celebrate my professional growth. Last week, after months working together virtually, I was finally able to meet the Didi TA team at their office in Mexico, hosting a special moment with them @eder reyes Frida Sofia Tolentino Pérez and Omar Ramos Figueroa (I missed Eder in the pic) but thank you so much for welcoming me and for providing space to have a deeper understanding of your current needs in Latam. Our time together was truly special!
